Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026. Governs use of getflowpay.net, operated by Flowpay, a d/b/a of QuantPro Logistics LLC.

By using this website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Flowpay is a d/b/a of QuantPro Logistics LLC, a New York limited liability company. We are an independent sales organization and referral agent for card processing services, and a broker for business funding. We are not a bank, and we are not a lender.

2. What this site is

This site describes our services and lets you request pricing, submit an application, or apply to become a referral partner. Nothing on this site is an offer to extend credit, a commitment to fund, a guarantee of approval, or a promise of specific pricing.

3. Card processing services

• Merchant accounts are approved by acquiring banks and processors, not by Flowpay. We submit applications and advocate for them; we cannot guarantee approval.
• Pricing quotes are estimates based on the statements and volume you provide. Actual costs depend on interchange, card brand assessments, your transaction mix, and the terms of your signed processing agreement.
• Interchange rates and card brand fees are set by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and can change without notice from us.
• Surcharge and dual pricing programs are subject to card brand rules and state law. You are responsible for operating your program as disclosed to us and as configured at setup. We provide guidance and signage requirements; we are not your legal counsel.
• Savings figures shown anywhere on this site are illustrative. Results vary by merchant.

4. Business funding

• Flowpay arranges funding through third-party funding companies. We do not make credit decisions and we do not lend our own capital.
• Submitting a request authorizes us to share your application and supporting documents with one or more funding companies for review.
• Approval, amount, cost, and terms are determined by the funder. Decision timelines described on this site are typical, not guaranteed.
• Many products offered are merchant cash advances or purchases of future receivables rather than loans. Review the funder's contract carefully before signing.

5. Referral partners

• Applying to the partner program does not create a partnership. Approval is at our discretion.
• Compensation terms, qualification requirements, and payment timing are set out in the signed referral partner agreement, not on this site.
• Before any payment is issued, partners must provide a completed W-9, a voided check or equivalent payment instructions, and a government-issued photo ID.
• Referral compensation is reportable income. Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Flowpay, and may not sign contracts, quote binding pricing, or make representations on our behalf.
• Merchant relationships introduced to Flowpay belong to Flowpay.

6. Information you submit

You represent that you are authorized to submit the business and personal information you provide, that it is accurate, and that any owner whose information you submit has consented. You authorize us to verify it, including through credit bureaus and bank verification services, and to share it as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Electronic communications and consent to contact

By submitting a form or providing a phone number, you agree that we and our service providers may contact you by email, phone, and text about your request, including with automated technology, at the number you provide. Consent to marketing contact is not a condition of any purchase or approval. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to submit false information, impersonate another person or business, interfere with the site's operation, scrape or reverse engineer it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

9. Intellectual property

The Flowpay name, logo, site design, copy, and pricing materials are owned by QuantPro Logistics LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission. Third-party names and logos appearing on this site, including processors, gateways, and integration partners, are the property of their respective owners and are used to describe compatibility only.

10. Third-party services and links

We link to and work with processors, gateways, funders, banks, and e-signature platforms. Their products are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.

11. No professional advice

Content on this site is general information about payments and business funding. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult your own advisors before making decisions, particularly regarding surcharging, dual pricing, and funding agreements.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantPro Logistics LLC, its members, officers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed $100. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not modify the liability terms of any agreement you have signed with us.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantPro Logistics LLC and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from information you submit, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Disputes arising from a signed processing, funding, or referral agreement are governed by the dispute provisions in that agreement.

16. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above will change and the revised version will be posted here. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this website.
