Privacy Policy
Effective September 2, 2026. Applies to getflowpay.net and to the services offered by Flowpay, a d/b/a of QuantPro Logistics LLC.
Flowpay ("Flowpay," "we," "us") is a payments and business funding company operating as a d/b/a of QuantPro Logistics LLC, a New York limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
It covers three groups: visitors to getflowpay.net, businesses that apply for card processing or funding, and referral partners who submit business to us.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Business information: legal and DBA name, address, entity type, tax ID, industry, years in business, ownership structure, and website.
- Contact information: name, title, email address, and phone number of owners and authorized contacts.
- Owner information required by law: date of birth, Social Security number, home address, and a government-issued photo ID. Federal "know your customer" and anti-money-laundering rules require acquirers and funders to verify the identity of business owners.
- Financial information: processing statements, bank statements, bank account and routing numbers, voided checks, monthly and annual volume, average ticket, and financial statements.
- Partner information: W-9 forms, payment details, and identification for referral partners we compensate.
- Correspondence: anything you send us by email, web form, phone, or text.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed on this site.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; core pages will still function.
Information from third parties
- Credit bureaus, business data providers, bank verification services, and public records, when you apply for processing or funding.
- Processors and acquirers, regarding the status and performance of your merchant account.
We do not store cardholder data. Flowpay does not capture, transmit, or retain your customers' full card numbers, magnetic stripe data, chip data, CVV codes, or PINs. Card transactions are processed by PCI DSS validated acquirers and gateways on their own systems.
2. How we use information
- To review your statements, quote pricing, and prepare proposals.
- To submit and support applications for merchant accounts and business funding.
- To verify identity and comply with card brand rules, banking regulations, and anti-money-laundering law.
- To board, service, and support your account, including chargeback response, equipment programming, and integrations.
- To calculate and pay referral compensation and to issue required tax forms.
- To communicate with you about your account, our services, and offers that relate to your business.
- To detect fraud, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
3. Who we share information with
| Recipient | Why |
|---|---|
| Acquiring banks, processors, and sponsor banks | To underwrite, board, and maintain your merchant account |
| Funding companies and their underwriters | To evaluate and fund working capital requests you submit |
| Gateways, terminal providers, and technology vendors | To provision and support the systems you use |
| Credit bureaus and verification services | To confirm identity, bank ownership, and creditworthiness |
| Professional advisors and service providers | Accounting, legal, e-signature, email, hosting, and CRM services acting on our behalf |
| Regulators, law enforcement, and courts | When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights |
| A successor entity | In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets |
Service providers are permitted to use your information only to perform work for us. Underwriters, banks, and funding companies use information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
4. Funding applications
When you request business funding, we may submit your application and supporting documents to more than one funding company so that you can be considered for multiple offers. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or any particular terms. Each funder makes its own credit decision and handles your information under its own policy.
5. How long we keep information
We keep application and account records for as long as your relationship with us is active and afterward for the period required by card brand rules, banking regulations, tax law, and our own recordkeeping obligations, which is generally at least five to seven years. Declined applications are retained for a shorter period unless law requires otherwise.
6. How we protect information
- The site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- Sensitive documents are transmitted through encrypted email, secure upload, or e-signature platforms rather than plain attachments where practical.
- Access to applicant and merchant files is limited to personnel who need it to do their job.
- Devices and accounts used to handle merchant data require authentication and are kept current with security updates.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by New York law and other applicable law.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: ask us what personal information we hold about you and request that we correct it.
- Deletion: ask us to delete information we are not required to retain by law, contract, or card brand rules.
- Marketing email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing message. We will still send messages about an active account or application.
- Calls and texts: if you provided a phone number and consented to calls or texts, you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP or telling us in writing.
- Cookies: control them through your browser settings.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, may have additional rights. Send requests through the contact form at getflowpay.net and we will respond within the time the law allows.
8. Financial privacy notice
Where the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act applies to information we obtain about individuals in connection with financial products, we limit our use and disclosure of that information to the purposes described in this policy and to disclosures permitted by law.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Third-party sites
This site links to processors, gateways, funders, and e-signature platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
