Authorization, consent and release
Accuracy. All information and documents submitted with this application are true, complete and accurate. The applicant will promptly notify Flowpay of any material change.
Credit authorization. The applicant authorizes Flowpay and any funding source, lender, bank or servicing partner to which this application is submitted, and each of their respective assignees and designees, to obtain consumer and business credit reports, background reports, bank verifications, processing statements and other investigative information on the business and on each owner or guarantor listed above, both to evaluate this application and on an ongoing basis in connection with any resulting transaction, collection or renewal.
Broker disclosure. Flowpay acts as a broker and not as a lender or funder. Flowpay does not make credit decisions, does not guarantee that funding will be offered, and may receive commission or other compensation from the funding source in connection with a completed transaction. The applicant may request disclosure of that compensation.
Third-party submission. The applicant authorizes Flowpay to transmit this application and all supporting documents to one or more prospective funding sources for the purpose of obtaining offers, and authorizes those funding sources to use and share that information with one another in connection with potential transactions, including commercial funding with daily repayment features and purchases of future receivables.
Release. The applicant waives and releases any claims against Flowpay, funding sources, their representatives, successors, assigns and designees, and any other information provider, arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving or release of information. Each owner or officer represents that he or she is authorized to sign this form on behalf of the business.
Electronic communications. The applicant consents to be contacted by Flowpay and its funding partners at the phone numbers and email addresses provided, including by autodialed and prerecorded calls, SMS text messages and email, regarding this application and related offers, even if a number is listed on a do-not-call registry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of funding and may be revoked by replying STOP or by written notice.
Electronic signature. A signature transmitted electronically, by facsimile or by e-signature platform is deemed an original for all purposes. A copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original.
